Shipping policy

We offer free worldwide shipping on orders over £30. Products are currently shipped out of the UK via Royal Mail with full tracking. Please allow 1-2 business days to process your order. Shipping times are then out of our control, but based on experience should be:

United Kingdom: 2-5 days

Europe: 4-10 days

USA & Canada: 7-14 days

Australia & New Zealand: 10-21 days

You are entitled to a full refund or replacement if your product does not turn up within 30 days, subject to our Returns & Refunds policy.
